Work health and safety consulting company Safetysure, will be offering a free safety check to a limited number of small to medium businesses across Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne. The intent of the offer is to assist small to medium businesses take a first step to improving safety and minimising the business impacts of a work-related injury or illness. The offer comes with no obligations to engage Safetysure as a work health and safety consultant to your business.

Our Terms and Conditions for the offer are as follows:
- The offer is limited to a range of small to medium businesses (<50 employees) across major capital cities including Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne;
- An approved officer of the business must request and authorise the check;
- The business entity agrees to opt-in for marketing communications from Safetysure on sign-up;
- The business operations for the free safety check must be within a twenty five (25) kilometre radius of the respective CBD;
- Only one business per entity can be assessed free as part of the Safetysure Safety Check Program;
- The time limit allocated for a Safety Check inspection will be one (1) hour (exclusives of reporting);
- The Safety Check will be completed by a Safetysure Consultant (or an approved person or entity nominated by Safetysure);
- Timings of the Safetysure Safety Check will be completed at a time defined by Safetysure in co-operation with the client. No guarantee of completion times can be given for operational reasons;
- A report on the safety check will be emailed to the business on completion of a physical inspection of the workplace;
- The report will not be disclosed by Safetysure or related persons to any other person
- Safetysure accepts no responsibility or liability for errors or omissions in respect of the report or the inspection undertaken. While every care and concern will be taken by Safetysure or their staff to identify priority workplace health & safety issues for the client (given the nature of this free offer), Safetysure will not be deemed to be engaged by the client for work health and safety consulting purposes;
- Other services may be presented or offered to the client at the time of the inspection;
- Business must like and share our Facebook Page at the time of enrolment to be part of the Safetysure Safety check program;
- Safetysure reserves the right to cancel a client safety check at Safetysure’s discretion.
